Job Summary
Clinical Admissions Therapist responsible for meeting clients upon admission, conducting biopsychosocial assessments across ages, determining fit for virtual IOP, and establishing treatment needs. Responsibilities include documenting in electronic medical records, assigning treatment team members and group schedules, and coordinating with Admissions, Verification of Benefits, Utilization Review, and Clinical teams to facilitate intake. Requires independent licensure in a mental health field, ability to work in a US-based remote setting, and strong communication to collaborate with referral sources, hospitals, treatment centers, psychiatrists, therapists, and other behavioral health providers. Flexible availability including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends; telehealth delivery and adherence to regulatory standards are essential. Base pay ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 annually, with potential bonuses and benefits depending on location and experience. Must be authorized to work in the United States; remote work option is available.
Required Qualifications
- Independent licensure in a mental health field required
- Experience completing behavioral health assessments and admissions preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver confidential telehealth services
