Job Summary
Clinical Admissions Therapist responsible for meeting with clients upon admission, completing biopsychosocial assessments, determining appropriateness for virtual IOP, assigning treatment team members and schedules, documenting in electronic medical records, and coordinating with Admissions, Verification of Benefits, Utilization Review, and Clinical teams to facilitate intake and access to care. Role supports telehealth delivery across ages (children to adults), requires independent licensure in a mental health field, and offers shift coverage including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends with MT availability. Strong communication skills, familiarity with DSM-V criteria, and ability to collaborate with referral sources, hospitals, and treatment centers are essential.
