Job Summary
Clinical Admissions Therapist will conduct admissions activities for clients, perform virtual biopsychosocial assessments across age ranges, determine suitability for virtual IOP, assign treatment team members and schedules, document in EMR, and collaborate with hospitals, treatment centers, psychiatrists, and other providers to facilitate intake. The role involves interacting with referral sources, presenting programming and care options, and supporting clients through the admission process in a fully remote telehealth setting with varied shifts (11am–7pm MT or 12pm–8pm MT; weekends encouraged). Strong written and verbal communication, regulatory documentation, and ability to work in a fast-paced, confidential telehealth environment are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Independent licensure in a mental health field preferred or required
- Experience with behavioral health assessments and admissions preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver confidential telehealth services
- Access to reliable technology for telehealth
