Job Summary
Clinical Admissions Therapist responsible for meeting clients upon admission, building rapport, completing biopsychosocial assessments, and establishing treatment needs. Key duties include determining fit for virtual IOP, constructing provisional DSM-V diagnoses, documenting in EMR, assigning treatment team members and schedules, and coordinating with Admissions, Verification of Benefits, Utilization Review, and Clinical teams to facilitate intake. Must have strong communication, experience with a wide age range, access to reliable technology for confidential telehealth, and the ability to work across mornings, afternoons, and weekends in MT time zones. Independent licensure in a mental health field is required; associate-level clinicians considered for growth toward full licensure. Expect base pay between $60,000 and $67,500 per year, with potential for incentive compensation depending on location and experience.
