Job Summary
Clinical Admissions Therapist responsible for meeting clients upon admission, conducting biopsychosocial assessments, determining appropriateness for virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP) level of care, documenting in electronic medical records, assigning treatment team members and group schedules, and coordinating with Admissions, Verification of Benefits, Utilization Review, and Clinical teams. Requires independent licensure in a mental health field; role supports telehealth for US-based clients with shift coverage options (11am–7pm MT or 12pm–8pm MT; weekends encouraged); strong communication skills and collaboration with referral sources are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Independent licensure in a mental health field
- Experience completing behavioral health assessments and admissions preferred
