Job Summary

Clinical Administrator responsible for leadership and supervision of medical personnel at an ambulatory surgical center, coordinating medical care and related supporting services. Drives top-line growth through physician recruitment and partnerships, designs and executes recruitment and marketing programs to increase case volume, and leads strategic planning for clinical, financial, and operational performance. Oversees budgeting, P&L, compliance with state/federal standards, and staff development; coordinates OR activities, materials, supply management, and risk management; facilitates relationships with governing boards, medical staff, and partners. Requires RN licensure, OR/clinical experience, and ability to manage administrative and clinical teams to achieve performance objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Current Registered Nurse License
  • Operating Room/Clinical experience preferably in the orthopedic space and/or with experience managing clinical and business office teams in the outpatient or inpatient perioperative space.
