Clinical Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate administrative support for the clinical management team, schedule appointments and procedures for members, facilitate member satisfaction surveys, act as liaison between ICT and facility staff, assist with training new clinical staff, provide excellent customer service to internal/external customers, support member mailings related to clinical processes, participate in meetings/ad hoc committees, and maintain knowledge of health plan benefits, CMS regulations, and healthcare policies; assist with Durable Medical Equipment needs and OTC catalogue ordering under guidance of clinical nursing team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in an administrative or coordination role
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology, billing processes, and healthcare regulations preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively
