Job Summary
Provide clinical training and instruction for Nursing Assistant students during their assignments across various locations. Deliver active learning activities, manage student records, and evaluate progress against defined competencies. Oversee procedures at clinical sites while orienting, counseling, and advising students as needed. Assign and grade coursework promptly, collaborate on process improvements, and maintain accreditation standards. Work 12–28 hours weekly during clinical shifts, with minimal or no hours in non-clinical weeks. Model professional attitudes and uphold safe practices, good housekeeping, and confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in industry
- Active RN License
- High School diploma or equivalent
- The employee is occasionally required to sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and pull items weighing 25 pounds or less
- The position requires manual dexterity
- The position requires auditory and visual skills
- The position requires the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures
