Job Summary
Clinical Account Manager - HCA serves as a strategic clinical liaison to evaluate, present, and implement clinical programs and solutions aligned with the customer’s multiyear business strategy. The role provides ongoing consultative support using clinical expertise and data insights to recommend care management solutions that improve member health outcomes and productivity while meeting customer objectives. Responsibilities include understanding client clinical needs, recommending strategies and contingency plans, collaborating across internal teams, monitoring market trends, analyzing and presenting clinical data to customers, and partnering with internal program contacts and vendors to test, develop, and implement programs. Requires clinical licensure (RN/LPN) and a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience; experience with AI tools to enhance productivity is highly desired. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement in multiple Northwest cities and carries a salary range of $95,000–$155,000 with a target bonus and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Clinical license required (LPN or RN)
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business or related field
- 8 years of experience in case management, utilization management, or behavioral case management including program management, sales or consulting
Desired Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business or related field (MPH, MHA or MBA preferred)
- 8 years of case management, utilization management, or behavioral case management, including program management, sales or consulting experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of health insurance industry trends, clinical case management, utilization management practices, and regulatory requirements (CMS, state, HEDIS)
- Ability to evaluate program effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and manage multiple projects within time constraints
- Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making (highly desired)
