Clinical Account Manager - BSN or LPN

Manage relationships with multiple customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and effective communication while overseeing services for behavioral health entities including FSEDs, EDs, and Inpatient facilities. Provide workflow and technology education to facility staff and train physicians on internal and external applications. Review, update, and manage physician schedules, approve audited timesheets, and ensure appropriate coverage requirements are met. Serve as the primary point of contact for physician inquiries, perform data analysis on patient volume, and identify service gaps to make improvement recommendations. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings and support customer goals while staying up to date with industry trends and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Requires a Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field with 3-5 years of account management experience; up to 50% travel required.
