Job Summary

Manage client relationships by serving as the primary clinical point of contact, conducting regular meetings to review program performance, and ensuring alignment with company goals. Lead the implementation of tailored clinical programs, provide expert guidance on formulary management and drug utilization, and analyze data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop customized solutions, prepare detailed reports on clinical interventions, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements. Work across operational and sales teams to facilitate cohesive service delivery and support proposal development. Requires a PharmD, active license, and ability to work nights, weekends, and travel up to 25% of the time.

Required Qualifications

  • PharmD
  • 3+ years' experience
  • 1 year of SME in respective areas
  • Current, active, and valid registered Pharmacist License, without restrictions, in any state
  • Knowledge of PBM operations
  • Knowledge of drug formulary systems
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
  • Must be able to manage difficult or emotional client situations
  • Must be able to respond promptly to client needs
  • Must be able to solicit client feedback to improve service
  • Must be able to respond to requests for service and assistance from clients
  • Must be able to meet commitments to clients
  • Must provide adequate support to internal clients
  • Must be available for regular interactions and coordination of work with other employees, colleagues, clients, or vendors
  • Must be available to facilitate effective decisions through collaboration with stakeholders
  • Must have the flexibility to work beyond traditional hours

  • Must be able to work on-site at the San Diego Headquarters or other company location (or from a remote location with management approval based on business requirements)

Desired Qualifications
