Job Summary
Clinical Account Executive I will manage and optimize client relationships for Medicare Part D PBM services, lead clinical program implementation and support, provide expert clinical guidance, analyze data to identify performance opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for clients. This role requires Medicare Part D experience, PharmD license, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to drive clinical strategies, monitor program outcomes, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver cost savings through effective formulary and utilization management. The position is on-site in San Diego or other company locations, with remote work allowed from a location in the United States with management approval, and may require up to 25% travel; there is no sponsorship eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- PharmD and 3+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, and 1 year of SME in respective areas
- Current, active, and valid registered Pharmacist License, without restrictions, in any state. May require licensure in a specific state.
- Medicare Part D experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of PBM operations, drug formulary systems, and healthcare regulations
