Job Summary
Validate, analyze, and interpret data from technical business platforms to identify cost drivers, quality trends, and actionable solutions for BCBSF strategic accounts. Conduct clinical analysis to benchmark account performance, develop customized evaluations, and deliver external presentations demonstrating product value. Manage complex projects across internal and external teams, translating corporate strategies into tactical account initiatives while maintaining trusted relationships with brokers and consultants. Prepare client reports, support clinical analytics dashboards, and leverage problem-solving frameworks to drive client satisfaction and retention. Work in a hybrid environment with occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years related work experience
- Clinical experience
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- experience with web based tools
- analytic platforms
- proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Related Bachelor's degree or additional related equivalent work experience
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure
- CHC/PAHM within one year of employment
- Experience in a matrix environment
- Must have demonstrated communication and coordination skills managing multiple issues, including communications and planning
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex business issues
- Strong Care Management experience
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations
- Strong business and analytics skills
- Customer, Member and Sales centric
- Strong demonstrated customer relations and relationship management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications: PowerPoint and Excel
- Occasional travel
