Job Summary
Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision to clients aged 18 months to 5 years within an ABA Clinic. Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA, address behavior change and skill acquisition goals, and monitor progress. Maintain precise progress records and collect data on target behaviors, ensuring thorough session notes and documentation. Work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement interventions for individuals on the autism spectrum and other developmental disabilities.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- RBT certification from the BACB
- Excellent attendance records
