Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Supportive Housing Clinician to provide community and home-based clinical services and case management to individuals and families in supportive housing. Requires a Master's degree and relevant licensure, with a focus on mental health and substance use services.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree
- LCSW, LICSW or LMHC is required
- Minimum one year relevant experience in homeless, mental health, and substance use services
- Car and valid driver’s license required
