Job Summary
In-home mobile veterinary hospice role seeking an Associate Veterinarian to provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets and families in Chester County, PA and surrounding areas. Flexible 2–5 day-per-week schedules with 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day, mentorship and onboarding support, and opportunities to practice independently while maintaining work-life balance. The position is full-time with salary ranges starting at $107,500 for 4-day weeks and $130,000 for 5-day weeks, plus bonus possibilities. Location highlights include Saint Peters, PA and surrounding Chester County areas. Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent
- Eligibility to practice veterinary medicine in PA
- Ability to provide hospice and euthanasia care in-home
- Demonstrated compassion and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible scheduling availability (2–5 day-per-week options)
- Experience with in-home/mobile veterinary care is a plus
