Job Summary
In-home, mobile veterinary hospice veterinarian role with Lap of Love in Chester County, PA region. Provide hospice and euthanasia care for pets, practicing medicine in clients' homes with a focus on work-life balance, mentorship, and flexible scheduling (2–5 days/week). Opportunities include 3–4 un-rushed appointments per day, onboarding and ongoing mentorship, and a supportive team culture. Compensation ranges with 4-day base starting at $107,500 and 5-day base at $130,000 plus bonus opportunities; 3-day and part-time options prorated. Location hint includes Lancaster, PA and surrounding areas.
Required Qualifications
- DVM/VMD degree or equivalent
- valid PA veterinary license or ability to obtain
- willingness to practice in-home/mobile hospice care
- competency in euthanasia and compassionate client communication
