Clinic Support Supervisor (Full Time- RI/CT)

Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day administrative functions and general office duties for assigned Metro Clinics, ensuring front desk and aides are staffed appropriately. Train and onboard staff on systems and procedures, while managing disciplinary actions, time card approvals, PTO reviews, and coverage plans. Collaborate with therapists to ensure standard operating procedures are followed and maintain strict HIPAA confidentiality. Serve as the primary point of contact for clinic complaints, customer service issues, and internal escalations across seven locations. Conduct weekly visits to monitor clinic pulse checks and resolve operational challenges. Maintain accurate records using Microsoft 365 and Outlook, adhering to regulatory standards and compliance requirements.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly adapt to new programs
- Ability to successfully complete in-service training

Desired Qualifications
- Healthcare office experience preferred
- 3+ years of medical office experience preferred, with familiarity in EMR systems a plus
- One year of experience in a customer service-oriented role is strongly preferred
