Clinic Supervisor to oversee daily operations of a healthcare facility, supervise staff (hiring, training, performance evaluations), ensure high-quality patient care and positive patient experience, manage scheduling and patient flow, monitor regulatory compliance, collaborate with healthcare providers to improve services, manage clinic budgets and financial performance, address patient concerns, maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure consistent attendance.
