Clinic Supervisor - Scandia - 1.0FTE

Clinic Supervisor in Scandia, MN leads daily clinical operations in an ambulatory clinic, overseeing Clinic Assistants, Lab, Patient access and Radiology, with support to Urgent care part-time. Responsibilities include developing staffing schedules, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, coaching, and providing performance support; monitoring compliance with policies and procedures; supporting clinic operations, patient experience, workflow improvements, and EHR implementation; ensuring safety, CMS and regulatory compliance; and promoting staff education and development. Qualifications include CMA or LPN license/certification, Limited Scope X-Ray Operator course (or ability to obtain after hire), and minimum three years in healthcare/clinic operations or one year in a leadership role; strong communication, problem solving, conflict resolution, and collaboration skills; proficiency with EMR/EHR and related IT tools.
