Job Summary
Develop a highly effective clinical team by supporting direct service staff in providing high-quality care while ensuring legal and ethical standards are met. Deliver community-based mental health services to children, youth, and families through clinic and field-based individual and family therapy, rehabilitation, case management, and medication management. Supervise registered clinicians and interns, utilizing evidence-based practices such as TF-CBT and AF-CBT to maintain program integrity. This role requires a Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling, California licensure, and two years of post-licensure experience. Full-time day shift position at St. Francis Medical Center in Los Angeles.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage/Family Therapy, Counseling, or Clinical Psychology from an accredited college
- Licensed with the Board of California and in good standing
- Minimum 2 years post licensure experience as an LCSW/LMFT/Licensed Clinical Psychologist
- Completion of requirements to supervise registered clinicians and/or interns
- Knowledge of computer operation including word processing and spreadsheet capability
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge and/or training in the following evidence-based practice: TF-CBT, AF-CBT, IPT, Ind CBT
- Bilingual (English/ Spanish) to fulfill the linguistic needs of the target population
- Two years of experience supervising Mental Health Registered Associates
- Understanding of process improvement and quality metrics
