Job Summary
Clinical Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of KSOSN’s outpatient medical facilities, managing staffing and resources to support providers and patients. Will perform medical assistant duties alongside staff, hire/train/coache direct reports, manage schedules and timecards, drive monthly performance metrics and annual evaluations, and lead staff meetings. Develop and implement protocols to improve staff productivity, ensure safe patient triage, and maintain compliance with state and federal laws. Design and update clinical policies, ensure OSHA compliance and training, oversee CLIA inspections, coordinate equipment maintenance and supplies, and act as a liaison between providers, staff, and external clinics. Travel between KSOSN locations is required. Proactively pursue opportunities to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes and support strategic operational goals through benchmarking and process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Medical assistant diploma or certification required
- Minimum six (6) years of medical assistance experience
- Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience; must be direct supervision of medical assistants
- Knowledge and appropriate use of medical terminology required
- Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and computer skills
- Must have at least intermediate skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint
