Job Summary
The Clinic Supervisor oversees operational and financial aspects of the Wesley Health Center, leads clinic staff to ensure quality patient care, and collaborates with leadership to meet organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience in healthcare management.
- Previous supervisory experience is required.
- Bilingual/Bi-cultural proficiency (Spanish/English) is mandatory.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Federal, State, and local funding allocated for health services.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within a Community Health Care Center is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with computer applications such as MS-Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
