Job Summary
Coordinate day-to-day clinic operations, managing physician relationships, customer service, and financial administration. Act as a liaison between support staff, physicians, and directors while maintaining inventory control and purchasing supplies. Ensure quality control, effective scheduling, and adequate staffing levels to support provider productivity. Supervise professionals, participate in recruitment, evaluate performance, and motivate teams to achieve peak output. Troubleshoot problem areas and develop policies consistent with clinic standards. Maintain timecards, manage budgets, and ensure safe work practices including infection control and equipment safety.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a healthcare leadership level position
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related clinical area
- BLS certification to be completed within six months of hire
- Ability to handle highly confidential data required
- Good reading eyesight; full visual acuity, depth perception, and color perception
- Ability to communicate using verbal and/or written skills for accurate exchange of information with Providers, nurses, health care professionals, patients and/or family, and the public
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel and climb stairs to varying degrees throughout the day
- Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
