Clinic Supervisor

Oversee day-to-day operations of dental and medical departments by collaborating with providers and staff to enhance patient access and health. Provide backup assistance to clinical support, respond to patient clinical concerns, and document issues per CQI protocols. Communicate with facility management regarding cleaning and maintenance, ensuring compliance with clinical and operational policies. Review daily schedules, document instructions in the EHR, and optimize resource scheduling to meet patient demand. Monitor utilization reports, manage recruiting and hiring, conduct staff evaluations, and ensure timely training and development. Maintain departmental budgets and oversee supply ordering while participating in collaborative projects and CQI measurement planning.
