Job Summary
Manage all aspects of the assigned practice day-to-day operations under the Regional Director of Operations. Direct the medical office team by assessing, interviewing, hiring, and coaching staff while conducting monthly evaluations. Liaise with physicians to identify improvement areas and perform monthly OIG checks for team members and vendors. Create and manage doctor and office personnel schedules, develop standardized work processes, and ensure accurate timecards and payroll. Train front office personnel on patient registration, insurance verification, and copayment collection. Optimize patient satisfaction, maintain inventory records, and ensure compliance with labor laws and business licenses.
Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Demonstrated experience in health care
- Patient scheduling
- Insurance verification
- Billing and collections
- Patient financial services
- Ability to build rapport and interact effectively with personnel at all levels within the practice and with vendors and business partners outside of the Company

- PC Proficient with good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, database creation and report generation
- Ability to operate and monitor basic office equipment such as fax, postage, and copy machines
- Legal eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
- Ability to successfully pass a background investigation / pre-employment screening
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean DMV record
- Proof of insurance
