Job Summary
Serve as the primary liaison between specialty physicians and patients, communicating with individuals to assess their needs and advise them on recommended treatment courses as directed. Conduct daily clinic duties including patient advocacy and care coordination within the outpatient setting. Complete three months of on-site training before transitioning to a hybrid work-from-home schedule, with monthly on-site clinic meetings required. Requires Missouri RN licensure and 1-2 years of cardiology experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- Requires RN licensure in the State of Missouri
- Minimum 1-2 years in cardiology preferred (hospital, ER, testing, or clinic settings)
- 2-3 years of clinical experience
- Must complete three months of on-site training prior to transitioning to hybrid work-from-home schedule
- Must also be available to come on-site for monthly clinic meetings
