Clinic Specialty Pharmacist (Rheumatology) provides clinical medication counseling, medication therapy management, and education in an ambulatory specialty pharmacy clinic setting; works with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, enrolls patients into management programs, ensures appropriate therapy, and supports program development and compliance within Baptist Health's Rheumatology service in Lexington, KY.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate of Pharmacy
- Kentucky Board of Pharmacy license
- 1-3 years related work experience or completion of ASHP accredited pharmacy residency program preferred
