Job Summary
Oversee front desk responsibilities including managing check-in/check-out, phone systems, and voicemail/email to maintain organized clinic operations. Serve as the primary contact for families, staff, and visitors while collecting and reconciling time-of-service payments. Direct stakeholders to internal resources, maintain supply readiness, and provide tours to prospective patients. Act as an on-site liaison for contractors and verify visitor identification to ensure security. Perform clerical tasks for medical records management and support staff morale initiatives. Requires high school diploma, customer service experience, and proficiency in Google Workspace. Full-time role with occasional regional travel for training and coverage support.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and multi-line phone systems
- Prior experience in a customer service, administrative, or front desk role
- Familiar with Google Workspace or similar software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with families, staff, and visitors
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Organized: Keeps tasks, schedules, and the clinic environment structured and efficient
- Detail-Oriented: Ensures accuracy in documentation, payments, and communications

- Some travel within the assigned region for training, meetings and supporting clinic coverage needs
- Occasional lifting of light to moderate materials, up to 15 pounds unassisted
