Job Summary
Front desk reception and administrative support for Counselling Services at UBC, including coordinating appointments, data entry, confidential client record-keeping, and providing referral information; responsibilities span scheduling, documentation, communications, and ensuring efficient, compassionate service to students in a high-paced, supportive environment. Required Qualifications
- High school graduation, plus one year of post-secondary education, plus completion of a Medical or Dental Office Assistant program (including terminology), plus three years of related experience.
