Job Summary
Maintain accurate provider schedules and perform clerical duties using telephones and computerized scheduling programs to expedite patient flow. Provide rapid and efficient scheduling of patient appointments while ensuring all tasks are completed in an efficient and safe manner. Requires six months of medical office experience, basic medical terminology knowledge, and heavy phone experience with insurance plan understanding. Bilingual Spanish speakers are preferred.
Required Qualifications
