Job Summary
Sales Manager role leading a team to convert qualified laser-hair-removal leads into clients, driving clinic revenue, and coaching others to sales success. Responsibilities include executing established sales processes to achieve revenue targets, managing the full sales cycle from consulting to closing and client retention, analyzing KPIs to identify improvements, delivering engaging product consultations, promoting treatment packages, leveraging financing options, and mentoring a team of 2-5 to peak performance. Key skills include consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, active listening, data-driven decision-making, and world-class customer service. Requires high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred) with 2+ years of experience in a consultative sales environment; no cold calling required due to qualified leads and strong marketing support.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a consultative sales environment
- Proven track record of exceeding established sales goals and leading top-performing teams
- Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing abilities
- Strategic thinking and ability to anticipate client needs and provide proactive recommendations
- Ability to mentor and manage a team of two to five employees to peak performance
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Strong active listening skills
- Comfortable using various computer systems and software
- High school diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor’s degree preferred
