Job Summary
Assess and triage patients presenting with urgent medical concerns, administer medications and treatments, and perform clinical procedures including wound care, splinting, and EKGs. Collaborate with providers to deliver efficient care while documenting accurately in Epic and educating patients on treatment plans. Maintain patient flow and serve as a clinical resource for medical assistants and ancillary staff. Requires current Wisconsin RN license, BLS certification, and 2–5 years of relevant clinical experience. Monday and Thursday shifts plus every other weekend; 25 hours weekly; benefits eligible.
Required Qualifications
- Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse license
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification
- Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in primary care clinic environment or 3-5 years clinical hospital, home care, or community health experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) card through the American Heart Associate (AHA), or ability to obtain certification upon hire
- Must be available for Monday & Thursday: 7:45 a.m. – 6:15 p.m.
- Must be available for Every Other Weekend: Saturday & Sunday, 7:45 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
- Must be available for 25 hours per week
- Must be eligible for benefits
