Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory urology environment, addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Coordinate care through direct encounters, telehealth, or electronic communications while teaching patients and supporting clinicians in delivering quality health care. Maintain compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements. Requires an RN license, BLS certification, and 18 months of professional nursing experience. Full-time day shift position on-site in Medford, OR.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school
- Associate's Degree Nursing
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Registered Nurse License in state where care will be provided
- 18 months professional nursing experience
