Clinic RN - Surgical Triage - 0.9-1.0 FTE

Provide leadership and direction to the patient care team by conducting physical, psychological, and social assessments for adults, pediatrics, infants, adolescents, and the elderly. Formulate nursing diagnoses, communicate findings to physicians and mid-level providers, and manage direct patient care through clinical decision-making and activity prioritization. Educate patient families and health care team members on health maintenance and disease processes while facilitating the next steps in the plan of care. Work at the clinic location where the provider is scheduled for the day.
