Clinic RN - Rheumatology

Assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of patient care and teaching needs for rheumatology patients in an ambulatory environment via direct, telephonic, telehealth, or electronic encounters. Coordinate care based on individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs while maintaining compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with the broader healthcare team to support clinicians in delivering quality health care.
