Clinic RN - Rheumatology

Conduct comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory rheumatology environment, assessing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs while delivering care strategies across the lifespan. Facilitate care coordination by using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs via direct, telephonic, telehealth, or electronic encounters. Maintain compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements while supporting clinicians in delivering quality health care. Collaborate with other members of the health care team to ensure coordinated patient outcomes.
