Clinic RN - Rheumatology

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory rheumatology setting, addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Facilitate care coordination through direct encounters, telehealth, or electronic communication while teaching patients and families. Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain compliance with professional standards and support clinicians in delivering quality care. This combined role also includes duties for an Associate Patient Care Technician. Work in a part-time schedule with multiple shifts available at Kadlec Regional Medical Center.
