Job Summary
Assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs via direct, telephonic, telehealth, or electronic encounters while coordinating care across the lifespan. Maintain compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements, supporting clinicians in delivering quality health care. Collaborate with the broader health care team to address individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs using appropriate care strategies. Requires a registered nursing license, BLS certification, and 18 months of professional experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school
- Associate's Degree Nursing
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing
- Washington Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 18 months professional nursing experience
