Clinic RN - Primary Care

Providing comprehensive nursing care in an ambulatory care setting, using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs via direct and telephonic/telehealth or electronic encounters. Collaborates with the health-care team to ensure quality, compliant patient care and care coordination; supports clinicians and delivers patient-focused, whole-person care while upholding professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
