Clinic RN - PER DIEM Heart and Vascular Swedish Edmonds

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and teaching needs via direct, telephonic, telehealth, or electronic encounters. Coordinate care for patients in an ambulatory environment while addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs across the lifespan. Collaborate with the healthcare team to support clinicians in delivering quality health care and maintain compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements. Requires an RN license, BLS certification, and 18 months of professional nursing experience.
