Clinic RN

Clinic Registered Nurse delivers nursing care in a Primary Care Clinic, working with the healthcare team to apply the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) and follow Oregon Nurse Practice Act. Responsibilities include comprehensive health assessments, triage in person or telephonically, responding to medical emergencies, managing an Epic/EMR in-basket, administering medications and immunizations, patient education, care coordination with community resources, developing and implementing patient care plans, conducting health maintenance visits, and supporting vaccine programs. Requires an Associate Degree in Nursing with state licensure (Oregon and Washington) and active BLS; Spanish language ability is highly preferred; 2+ years of nursing experience and EPIC/EHR experience are preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, and adherence to HIPAA/OSHA policies are essential; ability to travel may be required.
