Provide professional nursing care to patients in outpatient clinic settings, including assessments, telephone triage, medication administration, and emergency measures like CPR. Collaborate with the care team to establish care plans, facilitate smooth transitions, and prepare clinic rooms and specialized equipment. Administer treatments as ordered, monitor patient responses, and maintain patient records while adhering to infection control and safety standards. Cover other nursing roles within the department as needed and participate in quality initiatives, process improvements, and research activities. Maintain professional growth and complete mandatory departmental requirements. Work 20+ hours per week with flexible scheduling and overtime as required.
