Clinic RN - KETTLE FALLS

Conduct comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment, assessing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs throughout the lifespan. Facilitate care coordination by using the nursing process to identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs via direct, telephonic, telehealth, or electronic encounters. Maintain compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements while supporting clinicians in delivering quality health care. Collaborate with other members of the health care team to ensure patient-centered outcomes. This role is based at the Journey Clinic in Kettle Falls, WA, and requires a registered nurse with at least 18 months of professional experience.
