The RN Cardiology Care Coordinator communicates with physicians and health-care team to provide consistent quality care for patients. Working with a high degree of autonomy, the RN Cardiology Care Coordinator accepts responsibility and accountability for assigned patients as a care manager to plan implement and evaluate the care for patients. Requires a Bachelor's degree in nursing, Montana RN license upon hire, and 2 years of cardiology nursing experience. Position is on-site at St Patrick Hospital in Missoula, MT, with per-diem scheduling and on-site workplace. The role is centered on nursing care coordination within Providence Medical Group Montana, supporting mission-driven patient care.
