Clinic RN - Family Medicine

Clinic RN - Family Medicine delivers direct and telehealth nursing care in an ambulatory setting. Responsibilities include applying the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care and teaching needs; coordinating care with the health care team; ensuring compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements; and supporting clinicians in delivering patient-focused, whole-person care. Works with Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Missoula/Polson area, contributing to a multidisciplinary team and leveraging telephonic/telehealth encounters to provide high-quality nursing services in a family medicine context.
