Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs via direct and telephonic/telehealth encounters for individuals across the lifespan. Coordinate care strategies addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual requirements while maintaining compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with the healthcare team to support clinicians in delivering quality health care. Requires 18 months of professional nursing experience, an RN license, and BLS certification. Full-time day shift at Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Polson, MT.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Montana Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- 18 months professional nursing experience
