Job Summary
RN in an ENT clinic providing direct patient care, triage, patient education, and coordination of care in collaboration with healthcare providers. Delivers nursing interventions with strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and autonomous practice within nursing scope; supports patient advocacy and care planning in a busy clinic environment. Must hold an active, unrestricted RN license and BLS; ACLS may be required per departmental guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted RN license in state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) via American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
- Associate's degree in nursing or higher from an accredited RN program
- Experience in clinical setting preferred or required as per department guidelines
