CLINIC RN

Assess and reassess patients for chief complaints, pain, and psychosocial needs while documenting accurate medical histories and current medications. Administer medications per policy, manage supply chains, and complete pre-certifications for testing and procedures. Schedule appointments, triage phone calls, and coordinate referrals and follow-ups with physicians and other specialties. Educate patients on treatment plans and ensure timely communication of diagnostic results. Maintain current fax in-boxes, link documents to patient accounts, and release records per authorization. Prioritize patient flow, ensure safety, and participate in performance improvement activities. Requires current IL RN license, BLS certification, and minimum two years of experience.
