Job Summary
Provide outpatient breast surgery nursing care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Nurse collaborates with breast surgery physicians to optimize OR/ASC utilization, delivers patient navigation, triage, symptom management, and patient/family education, and coordinates referrals to other professionals to support holistic care. Works under the Nurse Practice Act and ANA standards of practice. Ideally supports oncology care with a potential Bachelor’s degree in preferred qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing degree/diploma required upon hire.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Registered Nurse License (Vendor Managed) from state(s) where care will be delivered upon hire.
- 1 year - Current surgical nursing experience.
